When do applications close?
There are three rounds of hiring. Please submit your applications by October 15, December 15, or February 15.
What is the cost of fellows and are fellows paid by their workplace?
The cost of the Highlands Fellows is $4500.
Work placements are paid opportunities.
Housing is provided.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent college graduates and those who chose other post high school paths between the ages of 21-25.
- A demonstrated commitment to Christ and Kingdom mission.
- A desire for vocational discernment and spiritual growth.
- Openness to living in a rural, mountain setting.
- Willingness to engage in local service and community renewal.
